This may possibly have become my favorite Mexican stop in KC. I usually strictly go for a street taco but decided to try the Huaraches while my husband got a burrito. They did not disappoint. With how delicious it was, we decided to try the tacos as well. The tortillas were warm and fresh with a beautiful meat balanced inside! We will absolutely be coming back. The service was also lovely. Luis was a great host and made us immediately feel like family!
This is it. If you are looking for the best Mexican food in KC, look no further! I went here after I saw all of the amazing reviews and I am so glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic. I had the Huarache and Taco De Canasta and I would highly recommend both of these dishes. The food was actually so good, I went back again the next day to get more. Ana and Luiz (hope I spelled those correctly) were extremely friendly and willing to explain everything on the menu and provide awesome recommendations based on your own taste. When I visit KC, this is 100% the place I will be getting Mexican from now on.

First thing I'll say about this place is, "OMG!" This place has killer tacos, flautas, quesadillas, tres leches cake, and flan. I have not had good Mexican food like this in years, and it is truly a blessing hidden on the corner. The owners are nice, caring and fun. I 10000% recommend to everyone in the area.
This is a hidden gem! The food was super good! I had an Asada and Pastor Huarache that was amazing. I did wait just a few minutes to get my food, but everything was made fresh on the spot, so I didn't mind at all. Its a food truck that has a seating area for you and they just made a roof for us customers. They're currently working on installing some walls to block the cold during the winter, and they do have propane patio heaters too. The staff was VERY polite, friendly and attentive. Definitely stopping by again soon
Dont under estimate food trucks. This is one was great. Tried a bit of every taco. Best one is Canasta! Although they could have a salsa verde ( tomatillo ) but not a deal braker. I will be back for sure.
Don't skip this taco truck. Go, go now, go fast, just go. You won't be disappointed. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The tacos are amazing, the desserts are fantastic and you'll even be surprised by the buffalo wings! ... Did I mention they have all flavors of Jarritos as well as Mexican coke??
